Shipping & Returns

Our products ship out of the United States in order to provide you with the best customer experience possible. Shipping costs will be calculated upon checkout. For international shipping, customers are responsible for all import fees/duties.

After completion of your order, an email confirmation will be sent to you including a link to track your shipment. Please note that there may be some shipping delays due to COVID-19.

We are confident you’ll love your new Sendiri items and we’re grateful for the impact you’ve made here in Bali. However, if for some reason you do wish to return your item, we accept returns of unworn and unwashed items, with tags attached and in original packaging. Items must be returned within 14 business days of receipt. Customers are responsible for the costs of shipping for returns and refunds.

Please ensure upon checkout that your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not able to redirect shipping once the item has left our hands. Any items that must be reshipped due to an invalid shipping address can be done so at the customer’s expense.

In an effort to minimize waste, we do not send paper invoices. Your purchase receipt will be sent to the email you provide at checkout.
